Frozen Meals

Preparing frozen meals for those lazy / busy days. Cooked brown rice and lentils mixed with frozen peas and corn. 

Pack portions in bag and freeze. Take out a day before and place in fridge to defrost or heat in warm water in bag. Normal people with only a few rats can use smaller portions and bags / plastic tubs. 

Can feed as is or add seeds, fruit, chicken or egg ince defrosted.
